The HERA project has reached an important stage in its implementation, successfully completing three deliverables and four milestones by 31 August 2026. These achievements reflect the strong collaboration of the project partners and mark significant progress towards HERA’s goals.
The three completed deliverables cover key areas of the project:
- The Data Management Plan, led by NOVA, establishes the framework for responsibly managing the information and data generated throughout HERA.
- The HERA Labs Pilot Implementation Report, led by iED, documents the implementation of the project’s pilot activities and provides valuable insights into the learning experience and the support offered to participants.
- The final version of the HERA Interactive Multilingual Community Portal, led by AINIGMA, represents a major step towards providing an accessible digital space where women can find resources, connect with others and participate in the HERA community.
Alongside these deliverables, the consortium also achieved four important milestones:
- The Interim Dissemination Report, led by SHINE, reviews the project’s communication and dissemination activities, helping the consortium assess its progress in raising awareness of HERA and engaging its target audiences and stakeholders.
- The Community Portal National Events, led by SHINE, supported the promotion of the platform at national level and encouraged women, organisations and relevant stakeholders to discover and engage with the HERA community.
- The finalisation of the self-assessment tools, led by iED, provides women with resources to identify their existing skills, recognise areas for development and make informed decisions about their learning and professional pathways.
- The final version of the Community Portal, led by AINIGMA, marks the completion of HERA’s central digital environment, bringing together project resources, learning opportunities and community-building features in an accessible, interactive and multilingual space.
Together, these results strengthen the foundations of the HERA project.
Although the completed deliverables are not yet publicly available, their submission represents an important internal achievement for the consortium. The outcomes will support the next stage of the project and help ensure that HERA’s activities are evidence-based, accessible and aligned with its target group.
Reaching these seven targets demonstrates the consortium’s shared commitment. Now, HERA will continue moving closer to its objective of empowering women over 45 through reskilling, professional development and access to a supportive European community.
