HERA was showcased at Stress Congress 2025, an international event held in Bucharest under the High Patronage of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” and in collaboration with the Ana Aslan International Foundation.
As part of Panel 3: Digital Education in Longevity and Stress Reduction Strategies, Carina Dantas, CEO of SHINE 2Europe and HERA partner, presented the HERA project and its mission to empower women aged 45+ through reskilling, career advancement, and community support.
During the presentation, Carina highlighted HERA’s innovative approach, which combines Innovation Hubs, Living Labs, and Mutual Aid Groups to support women in career transitions and reduce barriers to employment. She also introduced the project’s plans to establish local ecosystems across Europe and develop an AI-based Community Portal for personalised guidance.
HERA’s participation in Stress Congress 2025 provided an important opportunity to share the project’s work with an international audience and contribute to discussions on healthy ageing, wellbeing, digital education, and lifelong empowerment.
