SHINE aims to promote inclusive communities, by delivering research services and support to the implementation of tech-Savvy, Healthy and INclusivE solutions (SHINE) in Europe, with a vision of fostering societal growth and inclusiveness, by sharing good practices, promoting networking between different stakeholders and countries and developing relevant projects.

iED

The Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED), established in 2005, is a leading non-profit organization committed to advancing innovation and entrepreneurship across Europe. Inspired by Founder and CEO Tasos Vasileiadis, iED supports technological, economic, and social progress through strategic collaborations and impactful initiatives. As coordinators of a European Digital Innovation Hub, we shape the innovation landscape by guiding individuals and organizations on transformative journeys. With extensive experience in EU-funded projects and a strong international network across three continents, iED empowers a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem by providing expert knowledge, fostering partnerships, and driving sustainable growth and development throughout the European region.

WHEN | Equity · Empowerment · Change

WHEN is an organization for the professional empowerment of women and gender equality in the workplace. It focuses on individual empowerment, through mentoring, training, community building, career and legal counselling, as well as on bringing about positive change in the social, work and economic environment in which we all grow, learn and work. To this end, it provides consulting and training to companies and organizations, conducts research to better understand the needs of women and the gaps in gender equality in Greece, formulates policy proposals and creates campaigns to raise awareness about the obstacles that women still face today in their equal participation in public life.

CETEM

The Technological Centre of Furniture and Wood (CETEM) is a Spanish research and innovation hub specializing in sustainability, circular economy, smart materials, and collaborative robotics. Located in Yecla, Murcia, CETEM supports companies in the habitat sector by fostering technological development, digital transformation, and industrial symbiosis. Through European and national projects, it promotes smart and inclusive environments, advanced manufacturing, and sustainable design. With over 30 years of experience, CETEM connects industry, academia, and policymakers to drive innovation, offering cutting-edge training, prototyping, and technology transfer services to enhance business competitiveness and sustainability.

AINIGMA TECHNOLOGIES

AINIGMA Technologies is a multidisciplinary organization that unites biomedical engineers, medical experts, and business consultants with extensive experience in developing AI-driven solutions for the healthcare sector. The vision of the team is to make the job of Healthcare stakeholders easier and more efficient. The realization of this vision arises from the introduction of a set of AI solutions, by exploiting Big Data analytics and Machine Learning techniques to enable the provision of high-quality products and services. With a strong foundation in research, AINIGMA has participated in more than 16 EU R&D projects. Additionally, specializes in data harmonization, curation, and mapping to Common Data Models such as OMOP and FHIR. In the HERA project we are responsible for the design and the development of the HERA Community Portal, a digital collaboration platform. HERA Community Portal, observes to transfer through digital tools the expertise and effectiveness of the project approach from real life environments to an online community portal.

Cosvitec Societa Consortile ARL

Cosvitec Università & Impresa is a non-profit consortium specialized in research, training and labor market integration. Founded in 2001, it collaborates with universities, companies and research centers to promote technological innovation, professional development, and knowledge transfer. Cosvitec operates nationally and internationally, offering certified training programs, research services and consultancy in diverse sectors such as health, environment, agri-food, and social inclusion. With accredited laboratories and a strong network of public and private partners, it supports sustainable development and the transformation of scientific research into practical solutions, while fostering international cooperation and excellence in education and innovation.

BK PLUS EUROPE LTD

BK Plus Europe Ltd is a policy consulting firm based in Cyprus, with a branch in Greece and offices in Belgium and Jordan. Specializing in public sector reform, skills development, and inclusive policy design, the firm supports evidence-based policymaking across Europe, the MENA region, and Central Asia. BK Plus Europe leads HERA’s Work Package on policy recommendations and sustainability, drawing on deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and strategic foresight. Through this role, it ensures that the project's innovative models—such as mutual aid ecosystems and reskilling pathways—translate into actionable, scalable policy solutions at national and EU levels.

Stichting Reshaping Work

Reshaping Work is Amsterdam-headquartered foundation exploring the impact of emerging technologies on the world of work. It took off in 2016 to bring together companies, start-ups, trade unions, researchers, policy makers, and other relevant stakeholders to jointly discuss the future of work and find ways to shape it. Achieving socially-responsible practices on the economic, social, and environmental level is at the heart of what we do. We host events, create content, and conduct research on the future of work, offering courses and workshops for various actors while providing policy and business recommendations through guides and toolboxes.

WomenInTech Alliance

Women in Tech Alliance is formed by passionate women with diverse tech backgrounds, we recognize the importance of fostering a nurturing ecosystem for women entering or advancing in the industry. Our primary focus is on Southern Sweden, a region known for its vibrant blend of generations, nationalities, and cultural backgrounds, fuelling creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
